Just want to give Last Minute Gifts and Flowers 5 stars for customer service! Due to some miscommunication regarding a Mother’s Day arrangement ordered from outside of this country, I received an arrangement not intended by the sender. When Last Minute Gifts and Flowers learned of this information, they called immediately to ask how they could make things right for all concerned. Within less than 24 hours they delivered the most beautiful arrangement! I was not only impressed with their desire to immediately put things right for the sender but the genuine sincerity they expressed in making certain I loved what I received. We are fortunate to have many good florists in our area. That said, I have never received a floral arrangement from Last Minute Gifts and Flowers that was not fresh and artfully arranged. Many thanks again Kelly for all that you did to make my Mother’s Day special !
